7. Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation
All reports will be handled with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality, to the extent possible while allowing for a thorough investigation.
Boston Research Journals strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Any instance of retaliation is a serious violation of this policy and will result in disciplinary action.
8. Investigation and Enforcement
Upon receiving a report, Boston Research Journals will conduct a prompt, impartial, and thorough investigation. If a violation of this policy is found to have occurred, we will take appropriate corrective and disciplinary action, which may include but is not limited to:
